The hotel has a good atmosphere. But it's rather messy. At night, the walkway to the room can hardly see any light at all. The bathroom has no toiletries at all. Unlike other hotels or accommodations that I have stayed at, the reception staff still need to improve their customer service. Personally, once is enough.

Staff should smile more. Proving services is a hard job. But I would like to see more smiling faces from the staff. They may be stressful and there might be some pressure, still smiling can liven up the hotel! Don’t forget ‘land of smile’ and bring positive energy into yourselves.

It's ok, the restaurant was shut during our visit so all meals etc taken in room, food was also on but not matching the pictures in the menu. We had a pool suite, and the noise when next door flushed their loo was significantly louder than when we flushed ours which was a bit off putting. Hotel menu is pricey as not much nearby to compete with it. Sunset was pretty good though.

I stayed for 1 night in standard room (capsule) which is so tiny and without any facilities. Just 2 bottles of water and Oreo, mosquitoes pad, mini lighting. The toilet is next to the room and not that comfortable to get in. Especially the break fast is really not worth for the money that we spent for 1700 THB ($55). Please think twice before make a booking. But the good thing is cat 5/5 stars totally adorable 🥰. This is the best part of this resort. But it’s a homeless cat 😓

Overated is the word. Not worth the money. Rooms are drab and very basic. Breakfast was so poor with a very limited choice. No breakfast egg station. You either took cold fried eggs or nothing. Even when we asked if we could have scrambled eggs we were told. by a very unhelpful and grumpy member of staff, chef can't do scrambled eggs today. No choice of breads or fruit. No coffee in the rooms just that horrible 3 in 1 stuff which is not what a discerning guest wants in the morning. View from our room was nothing spectacular, see photo below. Restaurant was like a cheap cafe with old worn tables and heavy metal chairs. Overall very disappointed with the place. What they advertise is not what you get. Needs completely refurbished to justify the price of your stay. If you want deluxe, luxury rooms with beautiful views don't go here. You will be wasting your money. See photos below. Make up your own mind. The place isn't bad but it definitely isn't worth the money.

From what I know, it's the best hotel in the area. If you like living among nature, then capsule is a compact choice with shared bathrooms. As for individual double beds room, the set up is okay but they didn't invest in water treatment system which worn down the faucets and things so much that everything looks old. I think the two really outstanding things about this hotel are the swimming pool and the taste of the food. Continental breakfast in Thailand is definitely top notched compares to USA in diversity and array of tasty choices.

the view is great to be honest but unfortunately the capsule room seems a bit too old and dirty (compare to the prizes )not to mention the overall gardens near residents that really really like the jumanji’s jungle. Food (dinner) was fine good taste and not too expensive but breakfast was meh. Also there a 1.30 hrs black out during the evening, idk it’s just me or staffs are a bit grumpy all the time.
